How is it applied?

Open the bag, apply the first bandage starting from the ankle of the right leg, going up to the abdomen, then apply the second bandage starting from the ankle of the left leg, going up to the abdomen, leave on for about 45 minutes. Remove the bandages and blot the excess liquid with absorbent paper and proceed with the massage.
