For each order placed on the website, IODASE issues a standard shipping receipt for the shipped goods. The receipt is available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the "My Orders" section of the CUSTOMER's "My Online Account" area. The document will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. Once the document has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the information provided.
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €19.90 (VAT included); for orders under this amount, shipping is €4.80. For all other countries listed below, shipping is free for orders over €99.00 (VAT included); for orders under this amount, shipping is €19.90 or €24.90, depending on the shipping country. Shipping rates can be viewed in your cart at checkout.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER and according to the methods specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must verify the contents, specifying any anomalies on the delivery form.
If the products are not collected within the deadline established by the carrier, they will be returned to the OWNER, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. The OWNER cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in completing the purchase order by the CUSTOMER, for any damage to the products after their delivery by the carrier, or for delays attributable to the carrier itself.
