For each order placed on the site, IODASE issues the regular transport document for the goods shipped. The receipt is available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the "My orders" section of the CUSTOMER's "My online account" space. The document will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure. After issuing the document, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in it.
Throughout Italy, shipping is free for orders over €39.90 (VAT included), for orders under €6.90. For all other countries indicated below, shipping costs are free for orders over €99.00 (VAT included), for orders under €19.90 or €24.90 depending on the shipping countries . The rates can be viewed in the cart at the end of the order.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER and according to the methods specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must check the contents, specifying any anomalies on the delivery form.

In case of failure to collect within the deadline established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the OWNER who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The OWNER cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the CUSTOMER, for damage that may occur to the products after their delivery by the carrier or for delays attributable to the carrier same.
