After placing your order, the purchase amount is usually immediately debited from your account. The payment reference often contains the order number. If something is unclear, check which situation applies to you:

In this case, the payment processing was unsuccessful. You can place a new order with confidence, even if you have already received an order number.

Order confirmation generally arrives within an hour of placing your order. We recommend that you check if the email is in your spam folder. Of course, we are ready to help you if you haven't received it.

You will receive all delivery information as soon as your order has been shipped.

We try to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can complete your order securely using the following payment methods:
- Credit card: with your Visa or Mastercard
- PayPal: Pay easily with your PayPal account
- Cash on delivery: cash payment directly on delivery

If the payment for the order was not successful, try emptying the cart and deleting the cookies (the instructions in this regard vary depending on the browser and you can easily find them using a search engine such as Google). You can usually complete your order after removing your cookies.
Delivery

We are keen to keep you updated on the status of your order. You will receive updates via email or phone number.
You will also receive order delivery confirmation. Of course, we hope you like our products. -
We like to make online orders as attractive as possible. Orders over €39.90 are delivered for free if you log in to your account. For orders under €39.90 there is a €6 fee for delivery in Italy.

You choose when and where you want to receive your order when you place your order. We collaborate with BRT. We and our courier will of course do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your products.

When an order is confirmed, we strive to deliver the product within 48/72 hours.

If the products you ordered are not available, we will generally refund your order. However, it is possible that the entire order will be delivered a little later than the delivery date.
Sometimes we are forced to change our delivery times if we are in a particularly busy period. For example, this can happen during holidays.
We do not deliver on public holidays. -
It is not possible to modify the order after placing it. This applies to address changes, changes to the products ordered and cancellation of the order. If you have changed your mind, you can return your products for free after the order has been delivered.

Generally, the refund takes place on the same day we receive your order in the warehouse and after it has passed quality control.

Legal guarantee means that the item must be what you can reasonably expect it to be. There is no legal term attached to this warranty if the item is different from what the consumer can expect.

If your order exceeds a certain minimum amount, we will pay the shipping costs and you can pay by cash on delivery.

It can happen, fortunately you can always request a new password. After entering your email address during login, you can declare that you have forgotten your password. Manage all your data from your account. For example, you can change your name, password or phone number, add your standard delivery and billing address, and indicate what communications you would like to receive from us.
Note: You cannot change your email address in your account. If you prefer to use a different email address, you can create a new account with your new details. -
The correct management of your personal data is extremely important to us. However, there may be a reason why you want to delete your account. Of course you can always inform us about this; We will then delete all data that can be traced back to you as quickly as possible (with the exception of data that we are permitted or obliged to retain by law).
Note: You will lose benefits tied to your account. Perhaps you would prefer to simply unsubscribe from our newsletter?

There are several reasons why your discount may not have been deducted. We recommend that you check the conditions of your promotion. Make sure you are logged in to your account. You can use a maximum of one discount code per order. The promotion has expired and is no longer valid. If none of these options apply to you, please contact us.

Have you received a discount code that you would like to redeem with your order? You can easily add it to your cart on our website (mobile) Is your discount code not working? We advise you to check the conditions of your discount code. Perhaps it has expired or cannot be combined with a promotion/discount code already in your cart.
Note: By redeeming your discount code you automatically accept the associated conditions.
