These general terms and conditions of sale are valid exclusively between RAYS SPA (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER") and any person making online purchases (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER") on the website www.iodase.com (hereinafter "THE SITE") and govern the remote purchase of products and services made available by the SITE itself via the internet in compliance with Italian law. These terms and conditions may be subject to change, and the date of their publication on the SITE is equivalent to the effective date.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Under these general terms and conditions of sale, RAYS SPA sells and the CUSTOMER purchases remotely the tangible personal property listed and offered for sale on the website www.iodase.com. The contract is concluded exclusively online, when the CUSTOMER accesses www.iodase.com and places a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the website itself.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to read these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by RAYS SPA, before confirming their order. These conditions are deemed accepted once the order has been sent.

REGISTRATION

To use the Service or any part thereof, CUSTOMERS must register by providing all requested information truthfully and completely in the relevant registration form and fully accepting the privacy policy and these general terms and conditions. The CUSTOMER is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the OWNER's discretionary acceptance.
The CUSTOMER must select the products and check out after carefully reviewing and modifying the information in the order summary, if necessary. The order is placed upon confirmation and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.

The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when the OWNER sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right to not confirm an order by notifying the User within 20 days of purchase, using the email address associated with the purchase, of the unavailability of one or more of the purchased products. In this case, the Owner will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. However, this availability should be considered purely indicative since, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products may be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.

Even after the order confirmation email has been sent from info@iodase.com, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the merchandise. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected by eliminating the unavailable product, and the CUSTOMER will be immediately notified by email.

If the CUSTOMER requests cancellation of the order within 24 hours of purchasing the products, thereby terminating the contract, RAYS SpA will refund the amount paid within 2 days of receiving notice of the CUSTOMER's decision to terminate the contract. Prices, descriptions, or availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice. The photos included are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of product quality.

EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

The Order is fulfilled within the terms specified on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the ordered product.
The Owner cannot be held liable for damages suffered by the CUSTOMER due to delays in delivery that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time of sending the Order Confirmation.

PRODUCT PRICES

All product prices listed on the www.iodase.com website are expressed in Euros and include VAT and all applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the end of the purchase process before payment is made.
The CUSTOMER accepts RAYS SPA's right to modify its prices at any time; however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the website at the time the order is placed and indicated in the confirmation email sent by info@iodase.com to the CUSTOMER.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for the order must be made when placing the order at www.paypal.com .
The CUSTOMER may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs online using: PayPal/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery and payment methods offered by Shopify Payments.

PayPal/Credit Card

Once the order has been confirmed, the CUSTOMER will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can make the payment with their account or using a card, including a prepaid card, or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions.

Bank transfer

Once the order is confirmed, the CUSTOMER must pay the total amount of the order by bank transfer to the following bank:

Once the order has been confirmed, the CUSTOMER must make payment upon delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the user.

Shopify Payments

Once the order has been confirmed, the CUSTOMER will be redirected to the Shopify Payments section where they can make the payment with their account or using a card, including a prepaid card, or in any case according to the methods accepted by Shopify and in compliance with the relevant conditions.

SHIPMENTS

The products will be delivered via express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of ordering within and no later than 15 days from the date the CUSTOMER receives the order confirmation email sent by info@iodase.com.
For each order placed on the website www.iodase.com, RAYS SPA issues a standard shipping receipt for the shipped goods. The receipt is available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the "My Orders" section of the CUSTOMER's "My Online Account" area. The document will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. Once the document has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the information provided.
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €19.90 (VAT included); for orders under this amount, shipping is €4.80. For all other countries listed below, shipping is free for orders over €99.00 (VAT included); for orders under this amount, shipping is €19.90 or €24.90, depending on the shipping country. Shipping rates can be viewed in your cart at checkout.

The countries to which Rays ships and the corresponding shipping times are:

• Shipping within 2-3 working days: Austria, France, Germany, Principality of Monaco
• Shipping within 3/4 working days: Belgium, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Denmark
• Shipping within 4/5 working days: Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden

Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER and according to the methods specified in the order summary.

Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must check the contents, specifying any anomalies on the delivery form.
If the products are not collected within the deadline established by the carrier, they will be returned to the OWNER, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. The OWNER cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in completing the purchase order by the CUSTOMER, for any damage to the products after their delivery by the carrier, or for delays attributable to the carrier itself.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you purchase products or services on the website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party—other than the carrier and designated by you—acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the OWNER of your decision to withdraw by sending an explicit statement to the contact details indicated.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If the CUSTOMER withdraws from this contract, all payments made to the OWNER will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the OWNER is informed of the CUSTOMER's decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER for the initial transaction, unless the CUSTOMER has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the CUSTOMER will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the CUSTOMER demonstrates having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The CUSTOMER is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the OWNER without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal from this contract was communicated. The deadline is met if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the 14-day period expires. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON PRODUCTS

Damaged or used products, even partially, will not be replaced or refunded. The CUSTOMER must include a copy of the delivery note received inside the packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or are related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

WARRANTY

The CUSTOMER purchasing as a consumer has the right to a guarantee on the products and services purchased within 24 months of purchase and under the conditions established by law, provided that the OWNER is notified of any defects found, using the same methods provided for withdrawal, within 2 months of their discovery.
To exercise the right of guarantee, the CUSTOMER is required to return the product following the instructions indicated in the appropriate section of the site or, failing that, by contacting the OWNER.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”

The Service is provided by the OWNER “as is”, without any express or implied guarantee for its accuracy or availability.

SERVICE INTERRUPTION

The OWNER reserves the right to add or remove features or functionality, or suspend or completely interrupt the Service, either temporarily or permanently. In the event of permanent interruption, the OWNER will make every effort to allow CUSTOMERS to access their information hosted by the OWNER.

RESALE OF THE SERVICE

CUSTOMERS are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site and its Services without the express permission of the OWNER, granted directly or through a specific resale program.

INDEMNIFICATION

The CUSTOMER undertakes to indemnify the OWNER (as well as any companies controlled or affiliated by the OWNER, its representatives, directors, agents, licensees, partners and employees) from any obligation or liability, including any legal costs incurred for legal defense, which may arise from damage caused to other CUSTOMERS or third parties, in relation to the content uploaded online, to the violation of the terms of the law or the terms of these conditions of service.

PERMITTED USE

CUSTOMERS may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Site or any portion of it;

Circumvent any computer systems used on the Site or its licensors to protect the content accessible through it;

Copy, store, modify, change, prepare derivative works of, or alter in any way any of the content provided on the Site;

Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automatic device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Site or any Content;

Rent, license or sublicense;

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

Disseminate or publish any illegal, obscene, unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate content;

Use the Site in any other improper manner that violates these Terms.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

CUSTOMERS declare that they are of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them. Under no circumstances may minors under 18 years of age use the site.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The OWNER, within the limits of applicable law, is liable for contractual and non-contractual damages to CUSTOMERS or third parties only when these constitute an immediate and direct consequence, due to intent or gross negligence, of the site's activity.

The CUSTOMER expressly exonerates and releases the OWNER of the site from any liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in relation to any damages or claims of any kind and nature, whether from the CUSTOMER or from third parties, including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special damages, damages resulting from lost profits, lost revenues, loss of data or replacement costs arising from or in any way connected with this agreement.

RAYS SPA assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including those resulting from internet malfunctions or disruptions, in the event that it is unable to fulfill the order within the timeframe stipulated in the contract.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The OWNER reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, giving notice to the User by publishing them on the site.

The CUSTOMER who continues to use the site after the publication of the changes accepts the new Terms without reservation.

ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT

The OWNER reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation or subcontract all or any of the rights or obligations arising from these Terms, provided that the CUSTOMER's rights under these Terms are not prejudiced.

The CUSTOMER may not assign or transfer in any way its rights or obligations under these Terms without the written authorization of the OWNER.

COMMUNICATIONS

All communications relating to the Site must be sent using the contact information provided.

NULLITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deleted and the remaining provisions will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any disputes concerning the execution, interpretation and validity of this agreement are subject to Italian law.

The parties agree to submit any dispute, within the limits of applicable law, to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, with exclusive jurisdiction being the Court of Milan, or the court of the consumer's residence or domicile.

CUSTOMER

The natural or legal person who uses the Service.
